Abstract submission

this text as a template to submit your abstract without making any format changes.
The abstract deadline is October 15, 2025. There is no fee to submit an abstract, but if for any reason you do not participate in the conference, the abstract will not appear in the program and the proceedings.
If you need to receive a formal acceptance of your abstract in order to be funded to come to the conference, please write this in your e-mail when you submit your abstract, and you will receive a prompt reply.
The organizers expect that there might be more abstracts submitted with preference for oral presentation than can be accommodated in the program. The organizers will inform those who submit abstracts for oral presentation whether the paper is scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will aim to do so by December 20, 2025. Please note that there will be ample time for discussion of posters built into the conference schedule.
The limit for your abstract is one page. Abstracts that do not meet these formatting requirements will be returned.
The organizing committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for clarity or correctness of English but will consult the author if any significant changes are needed.
